摘要
在水产养殖过程中,含氮类物质的产生和分解基本处于一个动态平衡状态,但是现今的养殖模式很容易将这种平衡打破,造成亚硝酸盐等含氮类物质的积累而引发一系列中毒效应。综述了亚硝酸盐对水产动物的致毒机理以及亚硝酸盐对几种典型水产动物毒性的影响。研究亚硝酸盐对水产动物的毒性效应对水产养殖的理论研究以及提高经济效益都具有一定的指导意义。
The production and elimination of nitrogen compounds were usually in a dynamic equilibrium throughout aquaculture. However, the balance is easily broken by today' s culture model, leading the accumulation of nitrite, a kind of nitrogen compound, even triggering a sequence of toxic effect. This article reviews the toxigenicity mechanism of nitrite and the effect of several model aquatic animals by nitrite. Research on the aquaculture toxic effect of nitrite plays the role of guidance on the theoretical study and enhancing economic returns.
