摘要
丙烯酸树脂合成中采用匀速滴加单体、引发剂的工艺,常常会导致聚合温度很难控制,而加速滴加工艺能降低反应物浓度的波动幅度,降低控制反应温度的难度。本研究推导了滴加速度的计算方法。
It is not reasonable to synthesize acrylic resin by using uniform speed addition of monomers and initiators. The usage of the accelerated drop-feeding method can reduce the dif- ficulty of controlling reaction temperature. A calculation method of drop-feeding speed is intro- duced in this article.
