摘要
研究了非锡金属盐催化剂(MAA)以及可挥发催化抑制剂(AA)在高固体分聚氨酯涂料中的协同作用。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术跟踪涂料的固化过程,验证了协同作用机理,揭示了涂料适用期限延长的原因。研究结果表明:该潜伏型非锡催化剂的催化效果与二月桂酸二丁基锡(DBTDL)相当,与DBTDL相比,该催化剂在环保、延长涂料适用期限以及减缓涂层降解等方面更具优势。
The, synergistic effect of non-tin metallic catalyst(MAA) and volatile catalytic in-hibitor(AA) on the performance of high solid polyurethance coalings was studied. The curing process of the coalings was monitored by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR).The synergistic catalytic mechanism and the reason of prolonged pot life were revealed.The results showed that the catalytic effect of latent non-tin catalyst was similar to that of organic tin catalyst (DBTDL).The catalyst had more advantages in terms of improving environmental compatibiliyt,prolonging pot life and slowing down degradation as compared with DBTDL.
