摘要
用自制的高分子乳化剂制备了喷墨用阳离子聚丙烯酸酯乳液。并利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、粒径分析仪对制得的聚合物乳液进行了表征,探讨了聚合物在喷墨打印中的油墨吸收性。结果表明:功能单体羟甲基丙烯酰胺、烯丙基三甲氧基硅烷和甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DM)的用量分别为主单体(苯乙烯+丙烯酸丁酯)用量的4.60%、2.30%和19%,纳米三氧化二铝分散液用量为乳液总质量的10.67%,并采用核壳乳液聚合法,此时合成的乳液的吸墨性能最好,打出的图片最清晰。
A cationic polyacrylate emulsion was synthesized via the self-prepared polymer emulsifier. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) , differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis and particle size analyzer were used to characterize the polyacrylate emulsion and investigate the ink absorption of the said emulsion. The results showed that the cationic e- mulsion comprising N-hydroxymethyl aerylamide 4.60%, allyltrimethoxysilane 2.30%, DM 19% ( by mass based on total weight of main monomers) and nano-stureuted alumina transpar- ent dispersion 10. 67% (by mass based on weight of emulsion) prepared by core shell emulsion polymerization gave optimal ink absorption and enabled a better printing.
