摘要
为了满足市场对汽车外观装饰涂层更高端的需求,开发可以节省生产线设备投资、降低能耗、提高生产效率的"3C1B"(3涂1烘)新工艺。应用结果表明,该工艺不但使涂装金属闪光色面漆的车身外观装饰效果得到了明显的提升,使汽车涂层具有更高的光泽、更高的丰满度、更高的鲜映性,而且涂层的附着力和耐久性也得到了很大程度的提高,同时金属闪光底色漆的使用量也减少了约15%。
A new technology 3C1B characterized by lower investment of production facilities, lower energy consumption and higher productivity is used to meet the increasing requirements for appearance of the automobile coatings. The results show that the technology not only improves obvi- ously appearance (e.g. higher gloss, buildiness and DOI) of the metallic topcoat on automobile substrate, but also improves dramatically the adhesion and durability of the said coating. Further- more, the coating content of the metallic primer can be reduced by approx 15%.
