摘要
阿维菌素类药物 (Avermectins)是目前最为优良的一类广谱高效兽用抗寄生虫药 ,在这类药物中已商品化的有阿维菌素、伊维菌素、多拉菌素和Eprinomectin ,本文就该类药物的理化特性、作用机制、药物动力学、制剂、药效学、抗药性及毒理学等方面的研究进展进行了综述 ,并与同属大环内酯类驱虫药的Milbemycins进行了比较。
Avermectins are a family of macrocylic lactone anthelmintics with a broad spectrum of activity against endo and ectoparasites.Avermectin B 1(abamectin),ivermectin,doramectin and eprinomectin have been used commercially in this class of drugs.The paper made a review of their chemistry,mode of action,pharmacokinetics,preparations,spectrum of activity,resistance,toxicology,and compared with milbemycins that also belong to macrocylic lactone anthelmintics.
