摘要
由于感应加热电源工作过程中负载功率变化复杂且非线性,一般选择智能的模糊算法对感应加热电源的负载功率进行控制。但是模糊控制算法消除系统稳态误差的性能差,难以达到较高的控制精度。因此,提出了Fuzzy和PI相结合的分段复合控制算法,该算法集成了Fuzzy控制动态性能高和PI稳态精度高的优点。详细介绍了Fuzzy和PI相结合的分段复合控制原理以及控制器的设计,在此基础上搭建了感应加热实验平台,验证了该控制算法能使系统获得良好的稳、动态性能,可以更好地满足逆变电源的控制要求。
As the changes of the load power is complex and nonlinear in process of the induction heating power supply, fuzzy algorithm is chosen for load power control of the induction heating power supply. The Fuzzy algorithm is poor to eliminate the system steady-state performance and difficult to meet the higher control accuracy, so the Fuzzy-PI control algorithm was presented which integrated the merit of Fuzzy and PI algorithm together. Introduced and designed the Fuzzy-PI algorithm detail, built the induction heating power supply platform. The experiment show it can obtain good stability and dynamic performance, meet the requirements of inverter power supply.
