摘要
:对 4 65只 (头 )健康和腹泻畜禽的直肠和泄殖腔拭子及 10 8份腹泻死亡畜禽的脏器材料进行空肠弯曲菌培养 ,并分析畜禽腹泻与该菌感染的关系。腹泻死亡后备蛋鸡的带菌率 ( 93 3% )明显高于腹泻后备蛋鸡 ( 53 3% ) (P <0 0 0 5) ,腹泻后备蛋鸡的带菌率又明显高于健康后备蛋鸡 ( 2 2 0 % )(P <0 0 0 1) ,表明后备蛋鸡腹泻及其腹泻死亡与该菌感染相关。腹泻仔猪的带菌率很高 ( 88 0 % )也提示该菌感染与仔猪腹泻存在一定关系。在腹泻死亡畜禽肠道内 ,空肠弯曲菌在大肠和小肠的检出率分别为 91 7%和 39 0 % ,检出率差异极显著 (P <0 0 0 1) ,即显示该菌主要感染部位可能为腹泻畜禽的大肠。 351株不同动物来源空肠弯曲菌的生物学分型结果表明 ,分布在各种动物体内的主要生物型为生物型Ⅰ和Ⅱ ( 99 1% ) ,健康鸡以生物型Ⅰ为主 ( 65 0 % ) ,但在腹泻畜禽则以生物型Ⅱ为主 ( 90 4 % )或其比例升高 ( 4 8 1% ) ,健康鸡与腹泻鸡的生物型分布有差异 (P <0 0 5) ,提示生物型Ⅱ在致畜禽腹泻中起一定作用。另外 ,同一动物体内可有该菌的
Rectal and cloacal swabs from 465 normal and diarrheic animals and poultry,108 visceral materials from the dead animals with diarrhoea were cultured for Campylobacter jejuni,and the relationship between these animals′ diarrhoea and C.jejuni Infection was statistically analyzed.The carriage rates of dead replacement hens with diarrhoes(93 3%) were higher than diarrheic replacement hens(53 3%) (P<0 005),those of diarrheic replacement hens were higher than those in health replacement hens(22 0%)(P<0 001) significantly,it showed that replacement hens′ diarrhoea was associated with C.jejuni infection.The higher carriage rate of diarrheic piglets(88 0%)also indicated a certain relationship with C.jejuni infection.In the intestine of these dead animals with diarrhoea,the detection rates for C.jejuni in the large intestine and small intestine were 91 7% and 39 0% respectively.That difference between the detection rates was extremely significant(P<0 001) showed that the large intestine of the diarrheic animals could be a main position of C.jejuni infection.The result of biotyping 351 strains of C.jejuni isolated from different animals indicated that the main biotypes distributed in the bodies of these animals were biotype Ⅰ and Ⅱ (99 1%).The biotype Ⅰ was main biotype distributed in health hens(65 0%),but the biotype Ⅱ was main biotype distributed in the diarrheic animals(90 4%) or its proportion increased(48 1%).There were differences between the biotypes distributed in health hens and diarrheic hens(P<0 05).It indicated that biotype Ⅱ had certain effect on animals diarrhoea.Moreover,there were two biotypes distributed in the body of the same animal.
