摘要
根据红色原鸡IFN A基因设计了引物对 ,采用PCR法克隆并测序了我国地方标准品种惠阳胡须鸡的IFN α基因 ,定名为HyIFNA4。HyIFNA4与红色原鸡类IFN α比较 ,ORF长度均为 582个核苷酸、编码 162个氨基酸 ,相互间同源性在 97 4 %～ 99%。
In order to control the viral diseases,the IFN α gene (HyIFNA4,AB021153) was cloned from chinese Huiyang chickens by PCR using universal primers based on previously cloned chicken GGIFNs.HyIFNA4 and GGIFNs all consisted of 582 nuclotides,encoding 193 amino acids.The homologies were from 97.4% to 99%.Gene system evolutionary tree basing on UPGAM method showed that HyIFNA4 might be a new subtype IFN gene of chicken type Ⅰ interferon.
