人类β防御素3及富组蛋白5对念珠菌黏附牙龈上皮细胞的抑制作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨人类β防御素3(HBD3)及富组蛋白5(Hst5)对白色念珠菌的抗菌活性,及其对白色念珠菌黏附牙龈上皮细胞的抑制作用与机制。方法利用抗菌活性试验及牙龈上皮细胞体外模型,比较不同浓度HBD3、Hst5对白色念珠菌杀菌率及其对牙龈上皮细胞黏附率的影响。以未受干预的白色念珠菌黏附牙龈上皮细胞作对照。透射电镜观察白色念珠菌被抑制后的形态改变。结果相同浓度下,HBD3比Hst5对白色念珠菌具有更强大的抗菌活性(t=3.27,P<0.05);与阳性对照组相比,HBD3、Hst5均能减少白色念珠菌对牙龈上皮细胞的黏附(均P<0.001)。电镜下可见白色念珠菌胞体形态不完整,胞壁破裂。结论在体外培养的牙龈上皮细胞的模型中,HBD3、Hst5均对白色念珠菌表现出较强的抗菌活性,对白色念珠菌在牙龈上皮细胞的黏附具有抑制作用。
