竹原/聚丙烯纤维过滤材料的制备和性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 以竹原纤维和聚丙烯纤维为原料,采用针刺、热轧工艺制作竹原/聚丙烯纤维过滤材料。研究了面密度、竹原纤维质量分数及结构对过滤材料性能的影响。结果表明,当面密度为180 g/m2、竹原纤维质量分数为60%时,过滤效率为62.8998%,透气率为1 848.8 L/m2·s;随着竹原纤维质量分数的增加,过滤效率降低,透气率增大;随着面密度的增加,过滤效率增大,透气率降低。多层结构一定程度上改善了过滤材料的过滤性能,其中2层结构透气率提高了4.9%,3层结构过滤效率提高了10.2%。 Filtering materials were prepared by use of bamboo fibers and polylactic acid fibers as raw material and by means of needle punch and hot calender technology. The effect of areal density, the weight fraction of bamboo fiber and the structure on the properties of the filtering was discussed respectively. The result reveals that the filtration efficiency and air permeability reach to 62. 8998% and 1 848.8L/m2 · s respectively with the areal density of 180g/m2 and bamboo fibers weight fraction of 60%. The filtration efficiency decreases with the air permeability increases and fraction of bamboo fiber increases and increases of the efficiency with the increase of density but air permeability decreases. The muhi-lay structure improved the filtering efficiency. With the same areal density and bamboo fiber weight fraction, the air oermeabilitv and filtration efficiency improve 4.9% and 10.2% by two-layer and three-layer structures respectively.
