氢气治疗心肌缺血-再灌注损伤相关机制的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 氢是宇宙中分布最广泛、含量最丰富的元素.在正常条件下,氢气很少被人体吸收,因此,氢在生物体内的生理作用一直没有引起科学界的关注.近年来研究发现,氢气在心血管系统具有抗氧化、抗炎和抗凋亡的生理作用.在心肌缺血-再灌注损伤的病理生理过程中,其抗氧化保护作用业已证实,因此对心肌缺血-再灌注损伤有一定的治疗作用.本文就氢气在心肌缺血-再灌注损伤的应用及其可能机制进行综述.
