摘要
发展战略性新兴产业是实现中原经济区规划目标、完成产业升级转型的必由之路,要打通这条路,充足而适合的人力资源是不可或缺甚至是首要的要素。中原经济区战略性新兴产业人才供需目前处于严重脱节状态,因此,应通过凸显工程硕士培养特色,与战略性新兴性产业人才对接;提升高等教育水平,促进区域经济发展;依托产业集聚区建设,探索新兴产业企业人才培养机制等手段加以化解。
The strategic burgeoning industry what the Central Plains Economic Zone want to develop notonly has common connotation with other zones,but also has specific features based on regionalbackground. As a typical province in China,Henan faces adverse human resources in developing strategicburgeoning industry,such as many population but low quality,huge employment pressure,unreasonabledistribution of human capital,lack of guarantee conditions etc. Henan will welcome more high level,compound type,application type talents to flourish local economic.
