摘要
对现有全尾砂胶结充填工艺进行归纳分析,并从某矿现有充填工艺的难点着手,最后提出了结合尾砂干排技术的全尾砂胶结充填工艺。该工艺解决了矿山尾砂管道输送困难、干尾砂黏结性强不易制备等问题。通过多年的实践证明,该工艺具有工艺稳定可靠、充填效果好、运行成本低、充填系统投入低等特点,适合类似矿山推广应用。
In this paper, the existing cemented backfilling technologies with unclassified tailings are analyzed and summarized. The cemented filling technology with unclassified tailings combining with railings dry discharge technique is put forward embark from the difficulties of the unclassified railings cemented backfilling technology of one mine. This new technology solved the difficulties, such as tailings transportation through pipeline and prepara- tion of filling material because of good cohesiveness of the dry tailings. It has been proved for many years that the technology is reliable,which has good filling effect with low running cost and filling system input. It is very suitable for similar mines.
