冬瓜山铜矿深部硬岩SHPB动态巴西劈裂试验 被引量:1

摘要 利用中南大学SHPB试验系统,结合高速摄影技术,对冬瓜山铜矿深部采集的矽卡岩进行了动态巴西劈裂试验,分析并验证了影响试验结果的因素。运用Flac3D数值模拟软件分析了动载荷下试样内部的应力分布,验证了试验的有效性。试验研究了矽卡岩在动态劈裂下的应变率和破坏强度、破坏应变之间的相互影响规律。试验结果表明,应变率对试样抗拉强度的影响较为显著,岩石试样的劈裂强度体现出一定的率相关性,动态抗拉强度随着应变率的增加而增大。结合高速摄影分析了试样内部裂隙萌生、发展规律,随着应变率的增加,试样的破坏应变也随之增加。试验结果对预测和防治深部岩体工程灾害和解释深部岩石力学基本特征提供参考依据。 Using the SHPB test system in Central South University with high speed photography, the skarn that collected in Dongguashan Copper Mine are tested by dynamic Brazilian test. The internal stress distribution of the specimen under dynamical loading had been analyzed through FladD numerical analysis software. The experimen- tal results show that the strain rate of specimen tensile strength is significant, the influence of cleavage strength of rock specimen show a certain rate of correlation, the dynamic tensile strength increases with the increasing of strain rate. In this paper, the sample internal crack initiation and the law of development are analyzed with the high-speed photography. With the increasing of strain rate, specimens of the failure strain also will increase. The experimental results provide some references for the prediction and prevention of the rock engineering disasters, which also can explain the essential characteristics of deep rock mechanics.
