摘要
新型聚能药柱爆破是利用聚能效应改变炮孔内能量分布的一种爆破方式,可以实现对金属露天矿台阶的预裂作用,从而达到更好的爆破效果。通过对其现场试验结果前后对比分析,得出新型聚能药柱预裂爆破不仅可以形成明显的预裂缝,而且形成的预裂缝对主爆有一定的减震作用。为降低边坡维护成本、提高生产率有积极的作用。并可以在其它露天矿以及其它方面推广运用。
Blasting of new energy-focusing grain is a blasting method by changing the energy distribution in en- ergy-focusing holes, which can realize the pre crack effect to the level of open pit metal mine, so as to achieve better blasting effect. Through the results comparison analysis before and after the field test, the blasting of new energy- focusing grains can be formed the obvious pre-crack and the pre crack has damping effect in the main explosion. It can reduce the cost of slope maintenance and improve productivity, which can be used in other open pits and other aspects of promotion.
