摘要
通过对平地型尾矿库四面堆坝与三面堆坝进行技术经济比较,论证了三面堆坝比四面堆坝在经济上更加合理,并进一步说明了三面堆坝在节约利用土地资源与保护环境上的重要意义。通过对尾矿库运行期间排洪系统封堵条件的分析,论证了三面堆坝在生产操作管理上的优越性。通过坝体稳定计算分析,论证了三面堆坝形式在技术上的安全可靠性。
By technical and economic comparison of three-direction embankment and four-direction embank- ment, the economic rationality is discussed. The three-direction embankment is better than four-direction embank- ment, and the importance of using three-direction embankment in saving land resources and environmental protection is explained. Through the analysis of sealing conditions of the tailings pond's drainage system, the superiority of three-direction embankment in production and operation management is demonstrated. Through the analysis of dam stability, the three-direction embankment's security and reliability in technology is demonstrated.
