摘要 介绍美国SBA专利权担保融资模式,分析其机制和风险防范措施,并对我国推进专利权担保融资业务提出借鉴和发展思路。 The paper introduces the patent secured financing mode of SBA in the USA, analyzes its operational mechanism and risk prevention measures, and puts forward a referenced developmental idea for China＇s promoting patent secured financing operations.
