摘要
对我国中药产业1985-2010年的职务发明专利及非职务发明专利,分别按有效与失效情况、复审情况、产业化情况进行统计分析,并提出相应的建议。
The paper makes statistical analysis on validity and invalidity, review and industrialization of China＇s service invention and non-service invention patents of traditional Chinese medical industry in 1985-2010, and puts forward corresponding suggestion.
