Analysis on Firewall Technologies of Web-based Application

针对当前日益严重的网络威胁,阐述了安装Web防火墙的必要性,对现有网络安全产品进行了分析。认为现有防火墙技术、入侵检测系统/入侵防御系统仍然存在局限性,而Web应用防火墙技术可以在保护Web应用程序免受常见攻击方面起到作用。对Web应用防火墙的主要技术进行了描述。

In view of more and more serious cyber threats, the paper elaborates the necessity of installing web-based firewall, and analyzes existing cyber security products. It thinks that existing firewall technologies, intrusion detection system and intrusion preven- tion system have limitations, and web-based application firewall technology can play a role in protecting web-based program from at- tacking. Finally the paper describes the main technologies of web-based application firewall.
