摘要
南京信息工程大学图书馆自2010年搬入新馆以来,在服务创新的实践方面取得了良好的效果,包括:拓展了服务时间和空间,如成立24小时新书阅览室、建立阅读疗法阅览室、中老年阅览室、教学楼自助阅览室等;改进了服务模式和手段,如对馆员实行服务承诺制、对读者采取主动服务措施、开通阅读座位管理系统、提供自助借还书服务、提供移动图书馆服务以及加入江北高校联合体建设。这些举措验证高校图书馆服务创新是可行的。
The paper points out that since moving into the new library in 2010, Nanjing University of Information Science & Tech- nology (NUIST) Library obtains good effects in the practice of service innovation., includes expanding service time and space, such as building 24-hour new book reading room, reading therapy room, reading room for middle-aged and elderly, self-study room in teaching building, as well as improving service mode and means, such as practicing service commitment system for librarian, taking active ser- vice measures for reader, opening seat management system, providing self-help borrowing and returning book system, offering mobile li- brary service, and joining the construction of Jiangbei universities consortium. All these measures verify that developing service innova- tion in university libraries is feasible.
