摘要
以生命为出发点的蒙台梭利教育,对幼儿教师作出了新的角色定位:幼儿教师应该既是善于“教导”的教育家,又是谦虚“被教导”的学习者。为此,幼儿教师需要在观察、相信、尊重儿童的基础上创设环境、引导儿童、研究儿童。
Starting with life, the Montessori education gave a new role to preschool teachers. They are educators who are good at teaching kids and modest learners who are taught. Therefore, preschool teachers should create environment, guide and study children be on the basis of the observation, trust and respect for children.
