This article summarizes the pathogenesis of POF in TCM, elaborates modern medicine research ideas about pathogenesis of POF and analyzes the research survey on POF with TCM wholehearted participation in the modern medicine, including clinical research and pathogenesis study; There was Full understanding on athomechanism POF in Western medicine, while with lack of means of intervention; Studying found that modern medicine adequate understood the pathological mecha- nisms of POF but lack of effective treatment, TCM shows significant effect on prevention and cure POF but with lack of in- depth study. So TCM whoIehearted participation in the modern medicine is put forward, and with effectively combination of TCM and Western medicine, tl^e therapeutic target and influence of TCM on POF was studied systematically and deeply.
