薇甘菊喷雾消毒液的研制及其消毒效果观察

Observation of Disinfection Effect and the Development of Mikania Micrantha Spray Disinfectant

目的:探讨薇甘菊喷雾消毒液的杀菌和空气消毒效果。方法:采用中和剂选择试验和稳定性试验探讨薇甘菊喷雾消毒液作为消毒液的条件;采用悬液定量杀菌试验测定其对微生物的灭杀效果;采用自然沉降法测定空气中细菌探讨其空气消毒效果。结果:用含0.5%硫代硫酸钠、1%甘氨酸、1%卵磷脂和3%吐温80的PBS作为中和剂,可有效中和其对试验菌的作用;于54℃恒温箱内保存14 d,杀菌效果无明显变化;对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌在短时间内(2.5 min)就有很好的灭杀作用(灭杀率达99.999%);对室内空气中微生物有很强的灭杀作用(P<0.05),灭菌率随着药物作用时间的延长而增加,且与2%过氧乙酸消毒效果相当(P>0.05)。结论:薇甘菊喷雾消毒液杀菌能力强,空气消毒效果好,性能稳定,是一种绿色环保型空气消毒液。

Objective： To explore the sterilization and air disinfection effect of Mikania Micrantha spray disinfectant. Methods： Neutralizer selection test and stability test is used to discuss the conditions as a disinfectant. Suspension quantitative germicidal test is used to determine the killing effect of microorganism.The natural sedimentation method is used to discuss the disinfection effect in the air. Results： With containing 0.5% Sodium Thiosulphate, 1% glycine, 1% lecithin and 3% tween-80 PBS as neutralizing agent, the effect of the experimental bacteria can be neutralized. The germicidal efficacy had no obvious change after storing at 54 ~C for 14 days. The bactericidal rate had reach 99.999% in a short time （2.5 min） on staphylococcus aureus, seudomonas aeruginosa, escherichia coli and candida albicans. The disinfection effect of indoor air had increased remarkably （P〈0.05） with the extension of time, and the same as that for 2% peracetic acid （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Mikania micrantha spray disinfectant is a kind of green environmental protection air disinfectant with strong sterilization ability, air disinfection effect and stable performance.
