汉麻果胶化学成分预实验研究

Preliminary tests for Chemical Components of China-Hemp Pectin

目的:采用系统预实验法对汉麻果胶中可能含有的化学成分进行预实验,初步探索汉麻果胶的全化学成分。方法:分别对汉麻果胶用水、乙醇和酸性乙醇溶液进行提取,取上清滤液进行理化鉴别。结果:汉麻果胶中含有鞣质、糖、多糖及其苷类、皂苷类成分、黄酮类成分、酚类、甾体、三萜类成分、生物碱、内酯、香豆素类成分、挥发油,可能含有蒽醌类成分,不含有有机酸。结论:汉麻果胶中含有多种化学成分,为进一步研究其生物活性成分提供了实验基础。

Objective： To identify the chemical components of China-Hemp Pectin using comprehensive preliminary tests. Methods： The chemical components from water extract, ethanol extract and acidic ethanol of China-Hemp Pectin were studied respectively by physical chemistry identity. Results： China-Hemp Pectin contains tannins, polysaccharide, glycoside, saponins, flavonoids, phenols, steroids, triterpenoids, alkaloids, lactone, coumarins, volatile oil, may contain anthraquinones,but organic acid. Conclusion： China-Hemp Pectin contains various chemical constituents; The research provides foundation for further study of active ingredients of China-Hemp Pectin.
