摘要
金叶女贞在 6~ 7月和 9~ 10月间大量落叶 ,研究结果表明此种落叶现象为棒孢霉菌( Corynespora)侵染引起的轮纹病所致。该菌的分生孢子梗长度为 150~ 640 μm,层出现象明显 ;分生孢子大小为 32~ 160μm× 8.9~ 14.1μm。在发病初期连续 3次喷施多菌灵、甲基托布津 。
Results of this study showed that the disease of ring spot of California Privet was caused by Corynespora sp.The size of conidiophores of Corynespora sp.varied in a range from 150 μm to 640 μm in length,obviously layer upon layer.For conidia,its size was ranged by 32 μm~160 μm×8 9 μm~14 1 μm.The disease can be controlled effectively by spraying Batristin or Topsim\|M 3 times in succession at early stage of the disease.
