玉米单交种的选育越来越集中在几个骨干自交系上,造成种质遗传基础狭窄。为拓宽种质遗传基础,应进一步发掘和引进种质资源,采用群体改良和生物工程技术选育自交系。

Along with the widely extension of hybrid corn, the selection of hybrid corn is more concentrated in fewer inbreed lines, which makes genetic background narrow and limited. To expand genetic background, germplasm should be further introduced and population improvement and biotechnology should be used for selection of inbreed lines.
