Reflection on Xu Guangqi' s Idea of Sciences

徐光启(1562～1633)是中国农业科学的奠基人。他翻译《几何原本》的目的是谋求在科学中建立方法论原则和理性模型。他通过返回生活世界探索综合感觉世界和理性世界的道路。在生活世界中他一直反对经验主义。

Xu Guangqi( 1562-1633)is a founder of agricultural sciences in China. He translated Eucilid's 'Elements'with the purpose of establishing the methodological principles and the model for reasoning in sciences. He had sought the way to synthesize the sensible world and the reasoning world by inquiring back from the Life - world and fight against the empiricism.
