摘要 根据SY/T 6302-2009压裂支撑剂充填层导流能力评价推荐方法,利用FCES-100裂缝导流仪在室内条件下优选出适合现场压裂的典型支撑剂类型和粒径组合方式,并采用灰色关联分析方法确定各种因素对导流能力的影响程度.研究表明:对于单一粒径支撑剂,当铺砂强度一定时,随闭合压力增大,支撑剂导流能力呈下降趋势;而当闭合压力一定时,支撑剂铺砂强度越高,导流能力越大.不同粒径支撑剂进行混合后,随着小粒径支撑剂比例的增加,在高闭合压力下支撑剂破碎率逐渐降低.基于灰色关联分析结果,对不同粒径支撑剂导流能力的影响因素主次进行排序,为现场压裂施工提供了参考依据. According to the evaluating and recommending method of the conductivity for the filled layer by SYT6302-2009 fracturing proppant, the typical proppant type and grain size combination suitable to the field fractu- ring have been optimized by means of FCES-100 fracture conductivity instrument in the laboratory condition, and moreover the influence degrees of each factor on the conductivity are determined by the grey correlation method. The studies show that for the individual particle size proppant, when the sanding strength is certain, the flow con- ductivity of the proppant decreases with the increase of the closure pressure ; If the closure pressure is determined, the stronger the strength is, the higher the conductivity will be. After the blending of different particle-size proppa- nts, under the high closure pressure, the greater the proportion of small particle-size proppants is, the lower the proppant crushed rate will be. Based on the gray correlation analysis results, the orders of the primary and seconda- ry influencing factors of the flow conductivity for different particle-size proppants are arranged, thus the referenceevidences are provided for the tleld fracturing operation.
