摘要
运用Matlab软件对现场热电阻接线松动导致设备保护误动作后的历史数据进行分析,得出了用于防止热电阻温度保护误动作的速率限制的定值,并对速率限制判别的方法进行了改进。另外还提出了两种适合于其他场合的判别方法,即速率方向判别法和工艺比较法。
Based on the analysis for history data of temperature measured by RTD, which field wirings is loosed, put forward three methods for preventing the protect logic against being acted faultily: Temperature changing Rate value judgment , Temperature changing Rate Direction judgment, and Technical Comparison judgments. And statistical the variety of temperature changing rate in any case of wirings loosed by Matlab software. Those logic judgment methods are used in practice, which effecfively prevent equipment from tripping accident caused by wiring loosening.
