摘要
通过回顾英国数据监护中心源起和发展沿革,探讨了数据监护的合理定义、职能和服务对象;其在构建认知、职业教育、环境调研、开发工具和政策引导方面取得的建设成果已在高校图书馆科研数据服务中获得了较广泛应用,体现了高校图书馆在数据监护中的机会。
This paper discusses the appropriate definitions, roles and audiences for data curation activities following an overview of the origin and evolution of the UK＇s Digital Curation Centre. It also explores its accomplishments in awareness enhancement, vocational education, environments scan, tools development and policy influence, after being adopted widely in university libraries.
