摘要
针对小水电站项目群,由于资金等限制的条件下,研究小水电站项目群优化开发的资金合理调配问题。根据国家水利经济项目评价规范,运用0-1整数规划方法,提出小水电站项目群资金合理调配模型。以实证为例与现有的方法进行比较,说明本模型的合理性。该模型同样可以推广到其他类型的项目群资金优化配置。
A group of small hydropower projects are studied due to financial and other restrictions under the conditions of the develop ment of small hydropower projects swarm optimization reasonable allocation of funding problems. According to the National Water Economy Project Evaluation Norms, using 0-1 integer programming method is proposed. Evidence-case comparison with existing methods indicates that the model is reasonable.
