摘要
利用RNGk-ε紊流模型,采用有限体积法和结构化网格,对虹吸式出水管进行数值模拟。由数值模拟结果分析了虹吸式出水管内部水力特性,并通过改变影响虹吸管水力特性的几个主要参数对原方案虹吸管进行了水力优化。优化方案较原方案进行比较,在水流流态、压力分布和水力损失方面,均有明显改善,可为虹吸式出水管设计提供参考。
With the finite volume method and unstructured grid, RNG k-a turbulent model is adopted to simulate the interior three-cll- mensional flow of siphon outlet pipe. On the basis of numerical simulation results, the pipeline internal hydraulic characteristics are analyzed, and the siphon outlet pipe optimization scheme is put forward by changing the main parameters influencing the siphon hy- draulic characteristics. By comparing the optimization scheme with the original scheme, optimization schemes have been obviously improved in the flow regime, pressure distribution and hydraulic losses, it can provide a reference for the siphon outlet pipe hydraulic optimization design.
