An Analysis of the Cause for Ningxia Water Right Transfer Price Movements

水资源匮乏一直是制约宁夏发展的"瓶颈",为了探索解决黄河水资源供需矛盾的有效途径,宁夏在黄委会指导下开展水权转换相关工作。随着水权转换制度及体系日臻完善,水权转换价格也逐步回归合理。本文从工程成本、节水量计算方法、水权转换价格等方面,分析水权转换价格的影响因素及变动原因。

Water scarcity has been a ＂bottleneck＂ restricting the development of Ningxia. To find solutions to the Yellow River water supply and demand effectively, Ningxia launched a movement related to water right transfer. With the water right transfer and its improvement,water right transfer prices have gradually returned to a reasonable state. From the project cost, the amount of water- saving method of calculating water right transfer prices, etc, this paper analyzes the impact of water right transfer price factors and reasons for change.
