摘要 针对台兰河灌区的工程特点,构建了水资源、经济指标、生态环境以及自然环境因素4个评价指标,建立台兰河灌区需水评价模型。提出了网络分析法(ANP)和模糊综合评判法(FCE)相结合的ANP-FCE集成综合评判法,考虑了指标之间的相关性,并且突出相结合的优势。最终结合具体工程实例,得到灌区需水情况一般,水资源因素与生态环境因素对该区域内的需水影响最大的结论,与实际工程相吻合。该方法可以用于灌区需水评价,具有一定的工程应用意义。 This paper establishes the water demand assessment model of the Tailan River, the model is based on water resources, e- conomic indicators, ecological environment and natural environmental factors. On this basis, this paper uses the method of ANP- FCE which combines ANP with FCE to do research on gradation index and the determination of index weight. As a result it can es- tablish the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Through the study of the project case, it shows water demand of the project in a good condition and the water or ecological factors have a great impact on the water demand. And these factors are in a good agree- ment with the actual engineering application and the method has practical engineering significance.
