摘要
通过ELISA法测定地塞米松干预组、黑点蛤蚧干预组和红点蛤蚧干预组(每组10只小鼠)对哮喘模型小鼠的肺泡灌洗液(bronchoalveolar lavage fluid,BALF)中IgE的变化,通过细胞染色计数法计算三个干预组小鼠BALF中嗜酸性粒细胞(Eosnophil,EOS)占白细胞比例变化以及通过观察三个干预组小鼠哮喘症状变化情况,比较黑点蛤蚧与红点蛤蚧对哮喘的疗效.结果显示黑点蛤蚧对哮喘小鼠的平喘及炎症改善疗效高于红点蛤蚧.
To compare the curative effect of relieving asthma symptom between black spot Gekko and red Spot Gekko,forty asthma model mice were divided into four groups (10 of each group)including saline control group,dexamethasone intervention group,black spot Gekko intervention group and red spot Gekko intervention group.Ten normal mice were used as normal control group.ELISA method was used to detect the change of IgE in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid,dyeing counting method was used to calculate the change of EOS than white blood cells in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid,and observational method was used to describe the change of asthma symptoms.In results,the relieving asthma efficacy of black spot Gekko intervention group is better than that of red spot Gekko intervention group.
