中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床研究

目的:观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:42例随机分为治疗组和对照组各21例,两组均给予肌注维生素B、甲钴胺等常规治疗,治疗组加用益气通脉汤治疗,两组连续用药30天,观察感觉及运动神经的传导速度、临床症状的变化。结果:治疗组的总体疗效明显优于对照组,且神经传导速度改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气通脉汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的疗效。

Objective ： To observe the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy approach curative efect.Methods： 42 patients were randomly divided into two groups： Treatment group 21 cases treated by oral application of Yiqi tongmai decoction and conventional treatment, howerer, control group were treated by oral application of vitamin B and conventional treatment only. The two groups applied drugs continuously for thirty days, then observed the conduction velocity of all patients＇ sensory and motor nerves and clinical symptoms before and after the therapy. Results： Symptoms and nerve conduction velocity of treatment group and control group had been improved respectively （ P 〈0.05 ） , and the treatment group was superior to control group in clinic symptoms.Conclusion： Yiqi tongmai decoction have sure efect on diabetes peripheral neuropathy.
