耳尖放血辅治睑腺炎108例观察

目的:评价耳尖放血辅治反复发作的睑腺炎的效果。方法:108例按随机数字法分为两组各54例,两组均予局部热敷、妥布霉素眼液及红霉素眼膏治疗,治疗组加用患侧耳尖穴位放血。结果:首次治疗后治疗组症状缓解明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治愈时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳尖放血辅治反复发作的睑腺炎疗效满意,首次治疗后症状明显好转。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating recurrent attacked hordeolum by blood letting on the tip of the ear.Methods： One hundred and eight cases of recurrent attacked hordeolum patients were divided into 2 groups randomLy with 54 in each group.Patients in control group received the treatment of local hot compress, tobramycine ocustilla and oculentum erythromycin while the others in the treatment group added the treatment of blood letting on the tip of the ear.Results ： After the first treatment （ first day ） , the symptomatic relief was better in the treatment group （ P〈0.05 ） , and the curative time of the treatment group was obviously shortened than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Blood letting on the tip of the ear has a satisfied effect on treating recurrent attacked hordeolum, especially manifested in relief the symptoms after the first time of treatment.
