摘要
对 YG6硬质合金拉丝模进行了固体粉末渗硼试验 ,结果表明 ,不同渗硼温度和时间对渗硼层硬度影响不大 ,经 950℃ ,5h固体粉末渗硼后 ,可获得 4 0 μm厚的 Co2 B单相渗硼层 ,表面硬度 (HV)提高 90~ 10 0 ,使拉丝模寿命提高
The effects of solid powder boronization experiments to the hardness of YG6 alloy die have been carried out. The results showed that the change of hardness of the boron layer is not very sensitive to the change of temperature and time. Under the conditions of different boronization technology, 950 ℃ heating temperature and boronizing for 5 h, the Co 2B layer with 40 μm on the dies can be obtained. The surface hardness of the test sample can be increased to HV90~100, and a 5 fold increase of the life of the die can be obtained.
