Strategic Transformation Positioning of Forestry Enterprises in China Based on the Sustainable Development:An Empirical Study

基于SPACE矩阵对我国18家上市林业企业进行研究,分析我国林业企业的战略转型定位选择。通过采用德尔菲法收集数据,根据SPACE模型对我国林业企业2008年与2012年相关指标进行评分,结果表明我国林业企业面临的外部环境变化日益明显,林业产业的产业优势不断增强,我国林业企业在财务优势、竞争优势呈上升趋势,我国林业企业由保守、防御战略向竞争型战略定位转变,即保守—竞争型与防御—竞争型的战略转型路径。

The study discusses the strategic restructuring of enterprises of China＇s forestry positioning options, based on the SPACE matrix and 18 listed forestry enterprises. Based on the SPACE model, the article uses the Delphi method to scoring to related indicators of forestry enterprises in China in 2008 and 2012. The results show that China＇s forestry enterprises are facing increasingly evident changes in the external environment. The industrial advantage of the forestry industry is growing and China＇s forestry enterprises in the financial strength, competitive advantage upward trend. China＇s forestry enterprises by the conservative, defensive strategy transition to the competitive strategic positioning. China＇s forestry enterprise strategic positioning transforms from conservative, defensive strategy to competitive, which are named conservative-competitive and defense-competitive strategic transformation path.
