海岸带生态系统科研价值评估——以环渤海区域为例

Assessment on the Scientific Research Value of Coastal Ecosystem:A Case of Bohai Sea Region

通过影子价格法、费用支出法、支付意愿法、机会成本法等生态系统评估方法对环渤海区域2009年海岸带生态系统科研的价值进行了估算。估算结果表明:2009年环渤海区域单位海岸线科研的实用价值为每年每公里5.478×106元,长效价值为每年每公里1.598×105元,剩余价值为每年每公里5.019×104元,总价值为每年每公里5.688×106元,其中,实用价值贡献率高达96.3%。

The scientific research values in Bohai Sea region were assessed using the shadow price method, expenses method, willingness to pay, and the opportunity cost method. The results showed that the unit values of coastline research were practical value 5.478 ×10^6 yuan per year per kilometer, long-term value 1.598×10^5 yuan per year per kilometer, residual Value 5.019×10^4 yuan per year per kilometer, total value 5.688×10^6 yuan per year per kilometer, where practical value contribution rate of 96.3%.
