科技型中小企业融资困境及对策分析——以中关村示范区为例

Analysis on Difficulties of High-tech Medium-and-small-sized Enterprises in Raising Capital and Countermeasures——Taking Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone as an Example

融资难是我国科技型中小企业普遍面临的问题。文章从科技型中小企业的融资需求特点和融资供给渠道入手,从企业内部和外部两个方面分析了融资困境的原因,并结合中关村示范区的融资创新活动,从政府、金融市场、企业自身三个层面提出了相应的解决对策。

At present it is very difficult for high-tech medium-and-small-sized enterprises to raise capital in China. Starting from demand of raising capital of the enterprises and supply channels, this paper explores the internal and external causes for the situation and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems from the view of government, financial market and enterprises by taking innovative financing activities in Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone as an example.
