新型低毒低刺激溶硫剂的研制及评价

Development and evaluation of a new lower toxicity and irritation sulfur solvent system

通过低毒无恶臭溶硫剂DMA、DMB、DMC及DMF复配,研制了一种新型低毒低刺激溶硫剂。25℃时,硫在体系中的溶解度为81.5%,溶硫时间为35.2 min;90℃时,硫在体系中的溶解度为201.1%,溶硫时间为2.45 min。该溶硫剂不仅低毒低刺激,并且有较好的溶硫效果。

Combinated by the lower toxicity and nonirritating sulfur solvent DMA,DMB,DMC and DMF,a new lower toxicity and nonirritating sulfur solvent system has been developed.The results showed that when temperature was 25 ℃,the solubility of sulfur in the new system was 81.5％,with time of 35.2 min ;when temperature was 90 ℃,the solubility of sulfur was 201.1％,with time of 2.45 min.The soluble sulfur agent has not only lower toxicity and irritation,but also a better effect on dissolving sulfur.
