摘要
以乙二胺、对苯二胺、3,3',4,4'-二苯酮四羧酸二酐原料进行低温缩聚反应,通过调节对苯二胺与乙二胺的摩尔比,在氮气氛围下缩合反应制备一系列脂肪-芳香族聚酰亚胺。并用红外光谱和紫外光谱对其结构进行表征,用DSC,TG和电子万能材料试验机分别对其热力学性能和力学性能进行表征。测试结果显示,玻璃化转变温度高于200℃,失重10%的温度高于440℃,表明该系列聚合物具有很好的耐热性能。其拉伸强度与杨氏模量高达150 MPa和1.6 GPa,表明此类聚合物具有较好的力学性能。
A series of aliphatic-aromatic polyimides were prepared by tripolycondensation of 1,2-diaminoethane,1,4-phenyleneamine (PDA) with 3,3',4,4'-benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride (BTDA) at low temperature in nitrogen.Various ratios of diaminoethane to 1,4-phenyleneamine were discussed.The structure of product was characterized by IR and UV.The thermal stabilities were investigated by DSC and TG.The mechanical properties were measured by the omnipotent material of electron experiment machine.The results showed that the polymer had good thermal stability with the glass transition temperature of over 200 ℃,the temperatures of 10% weight loss were higher than 440 ℃.Such polymers also hold outstanding mechanical properties with the tensile strengths of 150 MPa and Young's modulus of 1.6 GPa.
