摘要
以正十二胺为模板剂,正硅酸四乙酯为硅源,磷钨酸(HPW)为活性组分,采用一锅法制备了磷钨酸改性的介孔材料HPW-HMS。以30%双氧水为氧源,探索HPW-HMS催化剂对汽油氧化脱硫的效果。结果表明,当磷钨酸和正硅酸四乙酯摩尔比为0.02,催化剂质量0.2 g,反应温度为55℃,反应12 h,双氧水2.5 mL时,脱硫效果达到68.3%,催化剂重复使用4次依然有良好的催化效果。
The modified mesoporous material HMS (HPW-HMS)was prepared by one-pot process using phosphotungstic acid(HPW) as active component,neutral dodecylamine (DDA) as templating agent,tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)as silicon source.30% H2O2 as oxidant explore HPW-HMS catalyst on the effect of oxidative desulfurization of gasoline.The result showed that the optimized conditions was as follows:the mole ratio of HPW with TEOS 0.02,amount catalyst of 0.2 g,reaction temperature 55 ℃,reaction time of 12 h,volume of hydrogen peroxide with 2.5 mL,the desulfurization rate is 68.3%,the catalyst that was reused more than four times still has better catalytic effects.
