摘要
沉淀法由Fe(NO3)3、Al(NO3)3、Zn(Ac)2、ZrOCl2和H2SO4制备SO2-4/Fe2O3/Al2O3/ZnO/ZrO2催化剂,用于催化合成苯乙酮乙二醇缩酮,研究了醇酮摩尔比、反应时间、带水剂用量、催化剂用量等对产品收率的影响。结果表明,在n(苯乙酮)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶1.2,苯乙酮物质的量为0.2 mol,催化剂的量是反应物料总质量的1.5%,带水剂甲苯20 mL,100~120℃回流反应60 min的条件下,苯乙酮乙二醇缩酮的收率达98.8%。
The SO42-/Fe2 O3/Al2 O3/ZnO/ZrO2 solid acid catalyst was prepared from Fe (NO3) 3 · 9H2O Al (NO3)3 · 9H2O,Zn (Ac)2 and ZrOCl2 · 8H2O by precipitation,aging processes.Used catalytic synthesis of acetophenone ethylene glycol ketal.The effect of the mole ratio of alcohol ketone,reaction time,water consumption and catalyst content etc.on the yield of product were investigated.The result shows that molar ratio of cyclohexanone to ethylene glycol is 1∶1.2,the amount of acetophenone is O.2 mol,the quantity of catalyst is equal to 1.5% feed stock,toluene is 20 mL,backflow at 100 ~ 200 ℃,reaction time was 60 min,solid super acid SO42-/Fe2O3/Al2O3/ZnO2/ZrO2 is a good catalyst for synthesizing acetophenone ethylene glycol ketal and its yield can reach 98.8%.
