摘要
对子北采油厂的含油污泥进行化学破乳及调剖研究。结果表明,破乳剂HK606脱水效果优于其它,相对脱水率为85.7%;调剖剂的最佳配方为:0.2%调节剂+0.5%分散剂HK715+0.3%悬浮剂HK723+0.2%小分子聚丙烯酰胺BZ-08+0.07%交联剂BZ-05+0.1%延缓交联剂BZ-06+5%凝胶颗粒BZ-02,能够满足子北采油厂含油污泥调剖的要求。
For oily sludge from Zibei oil production plant of chemical demulsification and profile control research.The results showed that dehydration effect of HK606 was better than other demulsifier,and relative dehydration rate of HK606 was 85.7%.The composition of profile agent was optimized as follow:regulator 0.2%,dispersant O.5%,suspending agent 0.3%,small molecular polyacrylamide 0.2%,crosslinking agent 0.07%,delayed crosslinker 0.1% and gel particles 5%.It could meet the require-ments of profile control by oily sludge from Zibei oil production plant.
