The article introduced the medical standard of recruiting military student pilots, which included knowledge structure, internal functional structure and external correlation structure. The knowledge structure in- eluded modern war forms, flight characteristics, medical frontier technology, cognitive science, and modern mathe- matical science. The functional structure included morphologic indexes, performance indexes, special permitting indexes, and potential indexes. The external correlation structure included the relation to psychological selection, political selection and culture selection.
