摘要
利用环节质控及网上质控对运行病历进行实时监控,反馈存在的问题,通过反馈跟踪进行运行病历质控,可以有效提高运行病历质量,同时也提高了医院出院病历质量。
Real time monitoring was used on the running medical records by link and net quality control. The existing problems were feedback and traced, present question. Application of feedback and trace on the quality control of running medical records can raise its quality effectively, and enhance the quality of discharge medical re- cords simultaneously.
