摘要
基于临床带教教、学、管的现状,提出医师从教一方面应实行带教准入制度化、带教相对独立制,另一方面要重视自身通识教育、加强"发现学习"模式运用、尊重学生学习权,以更好地提高临床带教质量。
Viewing about the current situation of teaching, learning and the management of clinical teach- ing, the author put forward the institutionalized teaching access system and related independent teaching system that ought to be practiced. In order to promote the quality of clinical teaching, the author also calls for doctors who are engaged in education activities should attach the importance of their own general education, strengthen the use of teaching mode of "Discovery learning" and respect the learning right of students.
